FY26 Budget

The School Committee unanimously approved the FY26 Budget on 2/13/25. 

Now that School Committee has approved the budget, the next step in the budget cycle is a vote by town residents at spring town meetings.

We encourage all residents to participate as a way of showing support for schools!

Spring Town Meetings

Northfield: Monday, May 5, 7:00 p.m.
Bernardston: Saturday, May  17, 10:00 a.m.
Leyden: Monday, June 2, 7:00 p.m.

Prior Year Budgets

*FY24 Budget Note: The School Committee approved the original FY24 budget and town assessments in February 2023. 

On October 26, 2023, the School Committee approved a revised revenue budget and town assessments to reflect a return of $740,214 to the towns. For more information, see this School Committee memo and District Update #70.
